RETURNS POLICY
We strive to maintain that our goods are made to the highest of quality and standards. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the item, then you may return them for an exchange or full refund, excluding the postage price.
Goods must be returned within 7 days after delivery. Returned items must be sent back in the same condition using the original packaging supplied. We will not refund or exchange damaged items which have been caused by customers (your statutory rights are not affected).
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage on unwanted goods; please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
